Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. After an order has been processed, delivery times depend on the Canada Post service selected and the destination. Available shipping methods, current delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Canada Post delivery estimates are provided based on the destination and selected service and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local pickup is available from 990 Lodge Avenue, Victoria, British Columbia. Select local pickup at checkout if you intend to collect your order in Victoria. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges that are not collected during checkout.
